I’m planning for a boating/fishing trip (before summer’s fully over) for few friends coming over to LA for a summer visit.

Please suggest the places and outfitters where I can rent a boat and fish.

Also whats the quickest way to get a fishing license?

P.S. Idea is to have a fun time whether we can catch fish or not )
