It’s both… you have to be totally sporty and fit to endure harsh weather and strenuous tasks to sail!!

I could be wrong but it sounds very like the songs on AirDrawnDagger by Sasha. I’m not saying it definitely is but it sounds like it would fit on that album.
The phrasing sounds like william orbit too though.
Might be either.
My money’s on Sasha though – Same synths.

big boats are easier but its more expensive when it goes wrong. Dinghies u have to worry about everything u do on big boats + weight distribution, trim
